Do you also offer an online event box for people with lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance or other allergies?

We want to meet the taste of as many people as possible with our online event boxes. If you have not found what you are looking for, we will also be happy to consider the individual wishes of your online event box.

Do you send the online event boxes to the private addresses of our participants?

YES! After ordering, we will contact you so that you can send us the shipping addresses in encrypted form. These addresses are stored for the purpose of sending and will be deleted 24 hours after the event.

Does the online event box need to be cooled?

The online event box is shipped uncooled, since we do not ship any perishable food. For optimal enjoyment, the online event boxes should be kept in the refrigerator until they are consumed. A corresponding note is clearly visible on the online event boxes.

When should we order the online event boxes so that they arrive in time for the online event?

10 working days before the event. For express orders just contact us and we make it possible.

How big are the online event boxes?

27.0 x 23.0 x 11.70 cm

We would like to order more than 100 online event boxes. Do you also accept bulk orders?

Which conference software do you use?

We work with Zoom, Hopin and other providers. Depending on how you want to design your online event, we will find the best solution!

What happens after I place my order?

First you will receive an automatic order confirmation from us. As soon as your order is processed by us, you will receive another email with the request for further order details. If the online event boxes are to be sent to more than one delivery address, please fill out this table and upload it in the form for the order details.
